Where and how can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can be used for reservations online, in the call center, as well as at Upper Thames River Conservation Authority Park operated campgrounds. It is not valid at concession-operated facilities. To use simply provide the gift card number and security code (PIN) at the time of payment.
How do I register my gift card?
Create an online account and access "My Reservations" page. Select "Register and Manage Gift Cards" link under the "Quick Links" section.
Are gift cards reloadable?
Yes. Gift cards are reloadable to a maximum amount of $500.00. Once you have registered your gift card online, select the active registered gift card in the "Reload and Check Balance" section and enter the reload amount. You can also call the call center or visit a Upper Thames River Conservation Authority Park.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Your gift card must be registered. Log into your account and go to "My Reservations" page, select the "Register and Manage Gift Cards" link located in the "Quick Links" section. All registered gift cards will be listed with the balance amount in the "Reload and Check Balance" section.
What if my card is lost, stolen or destroyed?
Upper Thames River Conservation Authority Parks is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards.
Can I receive a refund for any remaining value on my gift card?
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, check or credit.

Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire. The remaining value of a gift card never expires
